Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Group (SHAIG) has acquired Einstein Insurance Inc., an aviation insurance agency based in New Castle, Delaware.
Dennis Einstein, founder of Einstein Insurance, will continue with the firm following the acquisition, along with Salli Schoening, according to company officials.
Client policies, coverage terms, and points of contact will remain unchanged, company officials added.
This marks the seventh acquisition for SHAIG, a family-owned aviation insurance specialty brokerage licensed in all 50 states. The firm serves aircraft owners, charter operators, flight schools, airports, and aviation-related businesses nationwide.
