New box hangar at Vero Beach Regional Airport.

Diversified Aviation is nearing completion of its new hangar development at Vero Beach Regional Airport (KVRB) in Florida.

Scheduled to open in mid-October 2025, the project includes 46 private hangars and a tenant-only Pilot’s Lounge.

“With this development, we’re directly addressing the strong demand for hangar space in Vero Beach,” said Cary Goldberg, President of Diversified Aviation. “We designed this project with pilots in mind — every detail, from the spacious box hangars with offices to the convenience of the T-hangars, is about making flying more enjoyable and accessible. Vero Beach is an incredible aviation community, and we’re excited to elevate the experience for our tenants.”

The new development includes:

  • Six box hangars (60′ x 60′) with electric bi-fold doors, an air-conditioned office, and a private bathroom
  • Eight box hangars (50’ x 50’) with electric bi-fold doors, office space, and bathroom amenities
  • 32 T-Hangars designed for single-engine and light twin aircraft
  • Pilot’s Lounge, designed as a hub for flight planning, relaxation, and community

“The hangars are more than just storage — they’re a home base,” Goldberg added. “With our pilot’s lounge and premium amenities, we’re fostering a sense of community that goes beyond the runway. We look forward to welcoming pilots this fall.”
