Sporty’s has released “Learn to Fly: A Comprehensive Guide to Private Pilot Training.”
The new book, filled with “honest advice from Sporty’s team of flight instructors,” is a “step-by-step guide to the flight training process,” according to Sporty’s officials.

Loaded with “color graphics and helpful checklists,” the guide also includes dozens of links to expand the reader’s knowledge online, officials added.
Learn to Fly: A Comprehensive Guide to Private Pilot Training is available as a paperback or an eBook for $4.95. The digital version is a free resource as part of Sporty’s online Learn to Fly Course.

Agree! Majority of SPs at our flight school are hoping for the airlines. Instructors now are leaving after about a year or so for the Regionals. But we also have a fair amount that are intending to fly for fun and purchasing their own aircraft. Flight school has gone from 3 airplanes to 8 in 2 years. Very busy!
