Your chance for a Hangar Talk with a Lightning Ace

By General Aviation News Staff · May 13, 2021 ·

Have you ever wished you had the chance to talk with one of the hero pilots of World War II?

You’ll have that chance during a free webinar, May 21, 2021, presented by the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.

Lightning ace PJ Dahl survived being shot up, emergency landings, a runway crash, a midair, a bailout, and two days in a life raft during World War II.

You can hear his incredible story in his own words during a virtual Hangar Talk. Special guest Brad Ball, president of the 475th Foundation, will also be on hand to discuss Dahl’s command of the storied P-38 Lightning, which he flew throughout the war.

“A Conversation with Lightning Ace “PJ” Dahl” kicks off at 9 a.m. (HST).

What’s even better? You can be a part of the conversation. When you register for the webinar, you’ll have the chance to ask Dahl a question and he’ll answer it in the webinar.

You can register for the online hangar talk here or at PearlHarborAviationMuseum.org.
