NTSB investigators are at the scene of a crash of the Collings Foundation‘s B-17 at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn. The Flying Fortress crashed shortly before 10 a.m. Oct. 2. Seven people died in the crash and another seven were injured.

This is just horrible. I got to take a ride on 909 a few years ago. The restoration was just gorgeous. Report says one engine was out, but a witness posting on you tube posted three engines were out. A B17 will fly on three engines, but for three to fail all at once? Bad fuel, wrong fuel?
Go to any other news service. NBC, CNN, ect. online. Those would probably have better coverage than the local news, which doesn’t want to share the news.
