Why do you wish to fly will reveal how and where you’ll learn, for if it is for pleasure you best first answer, can you sustain that pleasure after you have your ticket(s), for to fly safe you’ll need steady numbers of hours of flight each week, month and year, and frequent added training. If that is possible, train locally with the best you can afford. If it is for professional development, insure you’re medically and mentally qualified for what you seek, that it is financially attainable in the near future, then and only then go full time at the best schools to get the tickets you need in the shortest time.

Or buy a cheap Cessna 150, fly it for a year and then sell it at the end for basically what you paid for it.

Looking back, I wish I had done this approach, as it would have been a fantastic learning experience for me to b an aircraft owner, and only paying for an instructors time, rather than making the flight school rich!
