K-State Salina is accepting applications for the fall 2022 semester for the new degree, which offers two options: A focus in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance specifically geared toward the certification process, or a focus on leadership and policy.

A new program gives people interested in becoming an aviation maintenance technician the chance to work full-time while going through training. Tuition reimbursement is included, along with $1,000 to people willing to relocate to Wichita.
