New Florida license plate supports general aviation
Proceeds from the sales of the general aviation plate will go to the Aerospace Center For Excellence (ACE) in Lakeland, Florida, which provides scholarships to Floridians interested in pursuing careers in aviation.

Rick’s Cub, in the distance, is the plane our dad taught both of us to fly in the 1970s. Dad restored both of these Cubs. Both have been in the family since the late 1960s. Our mom was also a pilot and dad taught her in a J-3.”
