Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA) has released the eighth edition of its Flight Instructor Oral Exam Guide.
The expanded eighth edition includes “Fundamentals of Instructing” questions covering the subjects from the FAA’s Aviation Instructor’s Handbook (FAA-H-8083-9). Its content accounts for the latest FAA test standards, including new risk management considerations and chapters covering all Areas of Operation and Tasks.
The guide is a “complete resource to prepare applicants for the FAA CFI Airplane checkride and is valuable as a general refresher,” ASA officials said.
The updated guide will begin shipping in June 2023.
The book sells $19.95 and is available in softcover and as an ebook.
