Sporty’s John Zimmerman recently posted his list of the top 10 gifts for pilots.
It includes everything from aviation books to a flight jacket, a flight simulator, a headset, and a training course.
The folks at Epic Flight Academy go much further with their list of 101 best gifts for pilots, which includes items such as vintage aeronautical charts, a flight on a warbird, custom aerial shots of your friend or family member’s home or home airport, and much more.
At the shopping website This Is Why I’m Broke, there’s a list of 35 presents that range from stuff pilots need or want to fly, such as an LED flashlight, GoPro Mount, and even a resuable travel urinal. Then there’s also some other cool gifts like a F15E Optical Illusion Lamp or a personalized cartoon pilot portrait.
