EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — Registration is now open for half-day training sessions at the Pilot Proficiency Center during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2022.
The clinics, which will be held in the new EAA Education Center adjacent to the EAA Aviation Museum, “allow pilots to increase their knowledge, hone their abilities, and network with other passionate pilots while helping them become safer and better-informed aviators,” according to EAA officials.
Registration for the clinics is free with AirVenture admission, but attendance at each half-day session is limited, so early registration is encouraged, EAA officials added.
Participants may choose from any one of the sessions that fit their current pilot certificate, rating, or homebuilt aircraft project.
Subjects range from flying fundamentals and risk factors to instrument flight and homebuilt test flying.
The clinics include keynote presentations, interactive breakout sessions, skills enhancement, and scenario-based training exercises in Redbird Advanced Aviation Training Devices.
Breakfast is included with each morning session and lunch with each afternoon session.
The 69th edition of the Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention is July 25-31, 2022, at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh.
