COUER d’ALENE, Idaho — Resort Aviation Jet Center at Coeur d’Alene Airport-Pappy Boyington Field (KCOE) will build a 20,000-square-foot corporate hangar.
The hangar has been designed to accommodate a multitude of aircraft, with a 28′ door opening and a capacity to accommodate a Gulfstream G400, G500, and G600 all at the same time, according to FBO officials.
“We want to expand at a pace that serves our customers best, and we’ve mapped out a five-year plan to do just that,” said General Manager Joe Rossetti.
He noted the FBO is working with business aviation real estate experts Centrex for the project.
In addition to the hangar expansion, planned to open in late 2021, Resort Aviation Jet Center is working to obtain an IS-BAH certification.
“The IS-BAH certification highlights our commitment to safety and training processes for the ground handling of general aviation aircraft,” said Rossetti.
