The Skagit Flight Fest took place Sept. 7 at Skagit Regional Airport (BVS) in Burlington, Wash. According to organizers, about 3,000 people attended the free event.
Festival producers were Port of Skagit, Skagit Airport Support Association and Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
Airshow performers included:
- Bud Granley (T-6 plus Yak 55)
- Ross Granley (Yak 18 with Bud)
- Vicky Benzing (Extra 300S)
- Will Allen (Pitts S2B)
- Super Dave Mathieson (Scheyden MX-2)
- Anna Serbinenko (Super Decathalon)
