Michael’s of Sebring will present a Model Airplane Contest in conjunction with the 2013 U.S. Sport Aviation Expo in Sebring, Florida, Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013.
Awards will be presented at the Closing Ceremonies. First and second place awards, plus special awards, will be given in each category listed below
- Age 6 & Under
- 7 – 10 Years
- 11 – 14 Years
- 15 – 18 Years
- Adult
The contest is open to all. Entries will be accepted at the AeroShell Tent on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, between 9 am and 12 pm. Participants entering model airplanes in the contest that are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Entry forms are available online or may be picked up at the Sebring Regional Airport. Limit one plane per entrant. There is no charge to enter a model airplane.
