Get a sense of aviation history with a B-17, B-25 and other warbirds at the I-X Piston Power Show, slated for Sept. 30-Oct. 2, in Cleveland, a showcase of cars, bikes, and planes — all things piston powered.
Featured at the show will be the B-17 “Memphis Belle,” as well as the B-25 “Martha Jean,” a P-51D Mustang, used by the Royal Australian Air Force; an SNJ-4 Texan; a T-28B, a 1955 Navy 2-seat trainer; a P-40M Kittyhawk, flown into combats in Burma, Singapore, and the Solomon Islands; a Douglas EA-1E, called the “Skyraider,” “early warning” version, of which only 218 built,
There will also be an M4 Flight Simulator Ride, which will allow pilots to test their skills piloting a P-51 or Jet Inceptor.
