The webinar, which will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Tuesday for four weeks, looking at the mistakes GA pilots who are in fatal accidents make, including their flawed decision-making process. “Let’s see what motivated them to proceed when normal logic would have suggested otherwise.
