M7 Aerospace has named Edmund Self Vice President-Aerostructures Manufacturing, with responsibility for M7’s manufacturing and assembly operations.
Self brings more than 30 years of aerospace manufacturing experience to his new position. His most recent position was with Goodrich Engine Components, where he held the position of Vice President of Operations. He was also the VP of Operations at Marconi Precision Aerostructures’ Wellington, Kansas, facility and General Manager at Pratt & Whitney’s Columbus, Georgia, facility.
Self attended Michigan Technical University earning a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering. He also attended the University of Wisconsin graduating with a Master of Business Administration.
