Twin Commander Aircraft has completed its relocation from Arlington, Wash., to Creedmoor, N.C.
The last few remaining inventory items are being placed in Twin Commander’s warehouse in Creedmoor, just north of Charlotte, but Twin Commander has been fulfilling parts orders from Creedmoor since Nov. 16, company officials note.
The physical move was choreographed to take place in stages over the summer, and involved the transport of tons of tooling, parts, and equipment by truck and rail. “Our planning objective was to provide uninterrupted service to our customers during the move,” said President Matt Isley, “and I’m pleased to report that we achieved that goal.
“The success of the transition is due in large part to the hard work put in by our factory-authorized Service Center network,” he added. “During the relocation process our Twin Commander staff members were on the phone constantly with Service Center representatives to make sure that aircraft in the fleet were well-supplied with necessary parts and technical support.”
