San Diego Flight Training International (SDFTI) is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Since launching, SDFTI has achieved several accomplishments from being the first to provide an AST 300 simulator in San Diego County in 1989 to becoming the first flight school in the USA to be IMAGE qualified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2008.
“Twenty years ago I saw a need for a flight school specializing in military and civilian airline style training; I made it my mission to make that happen,” said Phil Thalheimer, president.
In celebration of the 20th anniversary, enrollment and course books are $20.
