As the owner, president and flight instructor of First Landings Aviation at Orlando Apopka Airport in Florida, Adam Valencic has his dream job at 23.

“I always liked the idea of owning a business and didn’t know that it would be a flight school,” said Valencic. “Until the (sport pilot license) rules and regulations came about, it wasn’t possible.”
