Tomlinson Aviation, Inc., a school in Ormond Beach, Florida, that specializes in helicopter flight instruction, will open a second location at Elkin Municipal Airport in North Carolina. Flight instruction will be offered in a Schweizer CBi series helicopter. Elkin Municipal Airport, about 40 miles northwest of Winston Salem, offers a 4,003-foot long runway.
