Owners of planes with PT-6 series engines now can have them serviced at Island Aviation, a full-service FBO for turboprop engine service at Merritt Island Airport in Florida, thanks to a certified Pratt & Whitney engine mechanic on staff.Island Aviation services both turboprop and piston engines, and maintains a fleet of Part 135 aircraft for Baer Air, a charter aircraft operation also based at the Merritt Island Airport.
